I have to say that this is one lovely self-portrait! ^^ It holds a self-contained happiness look that makes this picture shine to me! And the outfit is just perfect!!! ^^ I wonder the effort you had to apply to wear everything!

I am member of group of people, who loves history so much, that they trying in their free time live like people in middleages.
I very like this leather outfit, I like to look like hunter ;-) :D
And i realy love birds of prey, this one named Emlin, is Buteo Rufinus...

Middle Ages is a time in which my country has no tradition at all, so I have very few idea of how it was back then! I guess the image we get from the movies doesn't count much, does it? ^^ Anyway, I forgot to mention about the bird! Big birds like Emlin can be so frightening! How is the feeling of having such an amazing animal on your hands? One feels power or nature connection?

Oh I see, you are from Brazil (first time crossed my mind thought on which country should be it :D )
Some movies are good, showing well life in Middle Ages, especially you can see there great costumes for inspiration, but better are of course special books.... :D
I don´t think at all that Emlin and his kind should be frightening, I admire them. The feeling of having them on hand is really cool, I don´t know how to describe it... I just enjoy it very much and I wish I could have my own bird.

Yes, it is my dream to be a falconer :heart: But it means lots of time, every day spend several hours with bird ... and I am quite occupied with my employment, so I can´t have any animal. :-(
